"'In the early months of World War II journalist Varian Fry, representing the
Emergency Rescue Committee, rescued over 2,000 refugees in Vichy France from
the German Gestapo, despite opposition both in France and the United States.
This video by Richard Ka plan uses archival film footage and Frys own words
to chronicle his work. Written and researched by Christina Lazaridi,
narrated by Meryl Streep."

Presents the history of four generations of one Jewish family in Germany,
whose way of life came abruptly to an end when the Nazis rose to power. Told
through the use of family portraits by Catherine Noren, with emphasis of the
devastating impact of Nazi crimes.

saved detail the story of the French village of Le Chambon in Vichy, France.
Led by their pastor, villagers rescued 5,000 Jewish children during the
Holocaust. The film's producer was one of them." Tennessee Holocaust
