Find "small business" in keyword

  1. Add a question mark to a keyword to include varied endings.
                E.g.  "start?" retrieves start, starting, startup, etc.

Database Search Tips:
    Use an asterisk (*) for varied word endings.
    E.g. business plan* for business plan, business plans, business planning

   Use "and" between keywords for articles including all search terms.
    E.g.  small business and health insurance

    Use "or" for either search term(s) and enclose in parentheses.
    E.g.  (small business or new business enterprises)
    This search will find articles containing either the phrase "small business" or the phrase "new business enterprises"

General BusinessFile International - articles from business magazines and journals
    Try subjects: "small business" or "new business enterprises."  Then, narrow by subdivision.
    (Remember:  limit to fulltext articles.)

 If you search by subject headings, always select "Narrow by subdivision" when it is available.

LexisNexis Academic (Tutorial) - newspapers, business sources, law reviews, legal news, etc.
    Try the "Business" category option.  Use an exclamation point for varied word endings.
