Tour the Augusta R. Kolwyck Library
Assignment: Students will become familiar with the process of using the catalog, finding a book, and checking it out. The students will each have two topics, one a "personal interest" topic and one an "academic" topic and will:
search the catalog for a book on each topic
find two appropriate books
use the call numbers to locate them on the shelves
answer questions about the books
learn how to find specific information in any book by using a table of contents and an index.
