Policy: Conference Room Use

This room is designed to serve Current Chattanooga State students, faculty, or staff.

 

Conference room may be used for:

• group collaboration
• creation of multimedia products
• meetings of organizations
• one-on-one meetings or training 

Conference room may not be used for:

• room for students to study alone
• meeting place for non-educational purposes

You can request use of the room by filling out the Request Form.
For further asistance calling 697-4448.

NOTE:  
     Your reservations will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
     Requests are subject to room availability.
     Repeat requests much be made 1 week in advance.
     There is a limit of 2 hours and not more than 12 people per room request.
