• What is the library resource Username & Password?
  Username and Password is needed to access Library Resources from Off-Campus.
  
  To get the username and password:
       Log into eLearn and look on the left-hand side:

• How do I get a Chattanooga State library card?
  Students:  Get Student ID card in Student Life Center, Room HPF 104.
                      Bring Student ID to check-out desk to activate as library card.
  Faculty / Staff:  Bring state or photo ID to check-out desk
  Community:  Bring current driver's license to check-out desk
  
   
• Can I check out DVDs?
  Yes, students, faculty and staff can check out 2 DVDs at a time for 4 days.
  
   
• How many books can I check out?
  Students:  10 books at a time
  Faculty / staff:  25 books at a time
  Community:  2 books at a time
  
   
• How long can I keep books after I check them out?
  Students:  3 weeks
  Faculty / staff:  3 months
  Community:  3 weeks
  
   
• Can I renew books if I need to keep them longer?
  Yes, you may renew them if there are no holds on the books.
  Bring them in or renew online through your "My Account" in the library catalog.

• Where to begin finding articles for my research?
  Start with Masterfile or General OneFile.
  If you still need other articles, see the list of Article database resources.
  
   
• Can I make copies in the library?
  Yes, there are 2 photocopiers in the library.  Copies are 10¢ per page.
  
   
• Can I print an assignment or a paper in the library?
  Yes, you can print from any library computers. 
  10¢ per page cash or 6¢ per page with Print Card.
  Reloadable Print Cards can be purchased in the library for $1.00.
  
   
• Can I use the library if I am not a student?
  Yes, anyone is welcome to use the library.
