I have completed the Proposal Form for Laptop Use.
     Instructors must complete the Proposal for Laptop Use before requesting laptops for classes.

I have received approval from the VP of Academic Affairs for the Proposal Form for Laptop Use.

I have told my students they must have a Chattanooga State ID.

I have told my students they must return laptops and all parts at the time of check in.

Location:  All laptop check-outs and returns will take place in the Library Classroom (Room 109).

 

Students Who Use Hearing Aids
With prior notice, the library classroom may be adapted for students who wear hearing aids.  For those using hearing aids with telecoils, a "loop system" can be provided. For those with hearing aids without telecoils, enhanced speakers can be used.  If you have someone in your class who would benefit from either of these two adaptations, please select the desired system below.

Please provide the loop system for a student in my class.
Please provide sound enhanced through speakers for a student in my class.
