Internet Search Engines

Choose a search engine to search for web sites.  A good one is http://www.google.com

Selected Databases

From our library home page (http://library.chattanoogastate.edu).

MasterFILE Premier can be limited to full-text.  There are many magazines that are found just using the term anthrax.  One way to narrow the search is to use two terms with "and" between.   For example, anthrax and investigation.

Health Reference Center is highly recommended to do a full text search on anthrax.  There will be choices of a reference encyclopedia except, a medical dictionary, periodicals, and narrow by subdivision.

LexisNexis Academic is good for newspaper articles.

Books

From our library home page, choose "books."  When nothing turns up under anthrax, then choose a more general subject, like chemical warfare or biological weapons.
