“The commission also approved two new programs and a division reorganization for Chattanooga State Technical Community College.  The two-year degrees in technical and business writing and human services specialist will be available this fall.”  The “Division of Environmental Science will combine the health physics, hazardous materials technology, fire science technology and chemical technology programs under one unit.”  Dr. Charles Lea is dean of students.
