Chattanooga State History 1990

Highlight: Dr. Harry Wagner resigns as president to become Executive Vice-Chancellor on the Tennessee Board of Regents.  Dr. Charles Lea assumes interim presidency.  Dr. James Catanzaro chosen as new President of Chattanooga State.
