Islam

Koran has a scanned version of M. H. Shakir's translation of the Holy Qur'an.  Each book may be searched, or each chapter may be browsed.  There are links to the Electronic Text Center at the University of Virginia.  http://etext.virginia.edu/koran.html  

The Qur'an has three translations of the Qur'an from the University of Southern California Muslim Students Association Islamic.  Note that "each of these translations are actually interpretations that have been translated."  http://www.usc.edu/dept/MSA/quran

Islam 101 has information on the culture and civilization of Islam. Internet Sacred Text Archive is compiled by J. B. Hare.  It is a collection of traditional, Eastern, and Western sacred literature available in English and sometimes in the original language.  The site includes among other literature, Hindu, Egyptian, and Christian texts.  http://www.sacred-texts.com/index.htm

World Scripture: A Comparative Anthology of Sacred Texts is an important site that compares sacred texts from different traditions arranged by topic.  "This site presents the complete text of the book World Scripture: A Comparative Anthology of Sacred Texts, edited by Dr. Andrew Wilson and originally published in 1991 by the International Religious Foundation and Paragon House Publishers. Notes that the book contains over 4000 scriptural passages from 268 sacred texts and 55 oral traditions, and is organized in terms of 164 different themes."
